Mrs Mike`s in Winnipeg

I expected better food as compared 2 Wendy's, Burger King, & Micky D's. but was somewhat disappointed. The cheeseburger & fries I had were ok but I wouldn't hurry back. I mayb expected the food 2 b like 5 guys. If I had a choice I prefer 5 guys burgers & fries 2 Mrs. Mike's. I may try it again in the future.

Another great Greek burger joint. I've been going to Mrs Mike's since I was 16. Cathy and Steve are nice people and make great food! My favorite is the single king burger. The menu is just a suggestion - you can mix it up. No inside seating. Picnic tables outside.

First-time visit at mrs. Mike's last week. Didn't think they would be accepting cash because of covid-19. I was wrong. They only accept cash. I went to the ordering window to double-check and the older woman said they only accept cash. I said I was surprised because of covid-19. Without saying another word she slid the window closed well glaring at me. Definitely will not go back there even though I didn't try the food. I would rather get a burger someplace else like A&W if that's how they're going to treat customers.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Unfortunately the Chili Fries were some of the worse I've ever had. But the burger alone makes it worth going

This is the ultimate mom & pop burger joint! The food here is amazing. I got myself the double cheese burger (no substitutions).... let me tell you, all the times that I passed this place I regret not stopping. The burger was full of flavour, cook wonderful and juicy. They put the right amount of chili on my burger, as well this bad boy was hot and fresh.They're closed Mondays, so hit this place up! I would love to go back and try something new!

There may be other burgers that think they can come close, but nothing is better than a Mrs Mike's burger. It is also about the experience there and knowing that you are treated like family. Mrs Mike's will forever have my heart 💕💕

The hamburgers are delicious, the family service is wonderful..unfortunately the fries are not homemade but hey if you're a fan of McDonald's fries this place is a great fit for you!

Great lil mom and pop place if you're looking for a quick bite to eat! Owner is very friendly, food was delicious and we received it in a timely fashion. It is CASH only though.

The fries where cooked in clean clear oil and the flavor of the Juliet style fries beats McDs.The burgers as I mentioned in my picture were spectacular.

Finally made it to this longstanding Winnipeg landmark today. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I followed the staff's recommendation for first timers which was to pass on the kingburger and the chili burger which in hindsight appears to have been a mistake. The regular burger was rather pedestrian. The fries were industrial and nowhere near brown. I'll likely give the chili burger, which actually comes in a bowl smothered with chili a try on another time and hope that I simply made a poor choice on my first visit.

prices r very high for frozen packaged food.frise look like mc Donald's fries and milk shake has no taste. no sauce selection and sauce is in a little Kraft package. it's not hard to make real honey dill. they dont even have bbq sauce. I'd recommend going to dairy delight over this place. its cheap, home made and awesome ice cream

Never been here before but heard it’s a good place for food. Today, I can truly say this place has the best burgers and fries in town! The burgers are savoury and melt in your mouth, while the fries are cool to perfection!

Without question, one of my favorite burger joints in town. An institution in St.Boniface for over 50 years, you're never going to go wrong with a king burger, a wonder of burger goodness, you better be prepared to get dirty eating this bad boy. A spectacular place, amazing people that run it, a must do in the summer.

Solid burger for an ok price.The fries were ok.I liked the fact the person at the counter was very honest. He was spot on with his recommendation. Service was very friendly.They have shredded lettuce.Their burgers are wrapped up and kept very hot in the tinfoil.They have a parking lot wth reserved parking for their guests. On the other side is some picnic tables to eat outside.

So I've been told for a couple of years now to go to Mrs. Mike's, so tonight I decided I didn't want to cook ams my daughter, my dog and I jumped in the car to check them out. It's a 30 min drive with traffic at 5 but I didn't care. I had the kingburger. So worth it. My daughter had the cheeseburger. My dog had what we had. The budget was awesome. It had a crispy edge and tons of garnish. Perfect. My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger due to the same reasons. So worth the trip. The fries aren't fresh cut, but I don't care. I still liked them. We did share an order of fries. I would recommend Mrs. Mike's.

Fantastic classic Winnipeg burgers they've been around since the late 60's. when you taste the burgers you'll get why, doesn't get any better than their double cheeseburger in my books. Staff are amazing people they remember me and my order, friendly staff and fresh food what else do you want? An absolute must for any burger fan, take the drive and bite into some Winnipeg history. History never tasted so great. They close for the season dec 15th so run don't walk to get the burgers.
